Composer and Freelance Musician
I work with The Lorenz Corporation as a composer/arranger specializing in moderately easy to intermediate level arrangements for organ, trumpet and organ, and choir and organ. I have expanded my catalog to include a growing number of instruments with piano arrangements and chamber music arrangements – woodwind, string and brass duets, trios, quartets, and quintets. These arrangements can be located on the Hal Leonard sites Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct as well as the composer’s collective site Sheet Music Marketplace. I am happy to provide bespoke arrangements on specific tunes, for example, arrangements for saxophone and piano, trumpet duet and organ, flute trio, string quartet and brass quintet. My arrangements are primarily based on public domain chorale melodies, hymn tunes and folk songs. The downloads provide individual parts and are formatted to enable most individual parts to fit conveniently on one page.

Trumpet and Organ
The celebratory nature of a trumpet fanfare inspired Nigel to create multiple arrangements for Trumpet and Organ for sacred and secular celebrations. The image above is a taste of his most popular arrangement, Joy to the World for trumpet and organ.
Woodwind
A music educator for many years, Nigel understands the challenge of finding good repertoire for students. Numerous solos, duets and trios can be found on ArrangeMe (Sheet Music Plus). The image above is one of his flute trios that is much enjoyed.
Brass Quintet
Challenged by one of his composer colleagues to compose more for brass, Nigel has, ove the last few years, created multiple trios and quintet arrangements of popular sacred and secular melodies.
